There are clear opportunities for advancement, and I’ve seen many employees—including myself—benefit from internal promotions. There is a consistent emphasis on respect, accountability, and employee recognition, which helps build strong teams and maintain morale. Diversity and inclusion are also genuine priorities. As a manager, I’ve worked with a diverse group of employees and have seen the company foster an inclusive environment where people feel respected and supported. Senior management is approachable and communicates expectations clearly. There is a sense of direction and stability within the organization that makes it easier to lead effectively. Work-life balance can be challenging at times due to the nature of contract security and client needs, but overall, it has been manageable, especially with proper planning and team support.

Operational demands and scheduling can vary depending on client contracts, which can occasionally require additional flexibility from management.
