BS, half of the jobs installed used sub contractors. They say that they are not a sales and marketing company anymore because they aligned themselves with Nexus Energy. BS, Nexus is a completely separate entity and does installs for multiple companies. They were secretly taking money from the employee's paychecks for "finance fees" without letting anyone know. The executives are shady and try to cut corners at every chance they get whether its screwing over the employees or the homeowners. Operations are also horrible, no good communication. I think a Gorilla could've done a better job. If you're considering Sunternal run for the hills. This company does not care about you or the homeowners. All they want is money, money, money. Very greedy and super high redlines for what they offer. Why is there redline so high? Well because they use subcontractors. Their warranties are supposed to be industry leading but with a quick search you can find companies who match.
