too much work, not enough employees

Not so strict with lunch times and pauses, pretty chill.

Went to work in Transval Oy in Espoo as a forklift driver, never got to that, 5 months straight and still was an packer, boss promised every week that forklift job comes next :D. Experienced very uneven work load between workers. Racism and bullying were quite common, almost everyday. Workers are rented through work rent companies, then dumped unlawfully. New job contract every month, if not needed anymore, no more job contract. Very poor management, workers cant start workday with electronic chip because they dont have Key to the warehouse, boss promised key for 5 months, never came. Overwork wasnt payed lawfully, Inner tempreature exceeded 38 degrees at summer, no water was offered. Me as warehouse worker was doing office work, sometimes all day long, no extra pay for it. Then in the office were people who didnt know their job. Boss was a clown to be honest, basically let everyone down, acted friendly, inside was a liar.
