Lack of institutional human resource organization and many decisions are made from the hip. Heavy focus on launch weeks vs fundamentals of reliability and automation. Hard to communicate with teams in other hemispheres.

Excellent place to work if you like having real ownership, autonomy and the ability to move fast. Leadership trust people to do their jobs without micromanaging. The product is very exciting to work on, and it’s especially rewarding to see people all over the world using and benefiting from what we ship.

Things move fast and there's often a lot going on at the same time, so staying up to date can take effort but it’s a great environment if you like speed!
