Good startup - Recensione dipendente - Senior Illustrator, Animator presso Superchat

The coworkers were genuinely nice and the atmosphere is relaxed. Nice and well-located office. Pay was also higher than standard for a position as Customer Support Manager with no prior experience (but there was a gap between what the role was advertised as and what it actually involved, see cons below). My supervisor was also incredibly helpful and friendly, and took time to onboard and guide me properly.

The role was significantly misrepresented in the job posting. While the job title was "AI Customer Support Manager", the description did never mention direct customer handling. The role was advertised as an AI integration position, with the job description referencing Python, NLP, machine learning, and building AI-powered workflows in collaboration with product and engineering teams. In reality, the job was standard customer support with no AI development involved whatsoever.

Über meine Zeit als Founders Associate Intern bei Superchat konnte ich sowohl beruflich als auch persönlich wachsen. Neben dem Umgang mit verschiedenen Tools, der Verbesserung meines technischen Verständnisses und der Lösung von Aufgaben aus verschiedenen Departments habe ich das Umfeld und die Zeit mit den Kollegen dort sehr genossen. Superchat hat es geschafft, einen Ort zur Entfaltung zu schaffen an dem sich Mitarbeiter entwickeln können und sich entsprechend ihrer Interessen & Vorlieben zugehörig fühlen.

Das einzige Manko, das ich neben den vielen Benefits, Events und Möglichkeiten sehe, ist, dass man als Praktikant wenig in strategische Entscheidungen mit großer Tragweite involviert war.
