Most of the employees are good to work with. The fire coordinator is okay. Superior will help employees with obtaining their oilfield safety tickets and class 3 drivers license.

Svantaggi

The upper management, such as the general manager and payroll could care less about their employees. You're just a warm body filling a position. The salary is not that great and raises rarely happen. You have to work your days off to make any serious money. They also take subsistence from you, which I don't think is ethical or moral.

- Current clients great to work for. - Some awesome road crew on both Air, Fire and Medic sides.

- Superior does not have the best interest of their clients or staff in mind...it is about the $ and that’s it. Making it and/or saving it. - MTCs and trucks are not looked after or maintained well. Report a problem/safety concern and it is usually ignored or put off as long as it can be, without vehicle being pulled out of rotation. Refuse to take out one of these vehicles due to safety concerns and it will often just go out with the next person instead of being addressed. - Powers that be ignore ethical, professional and safety concerns from road crews. - Superior likes to pick and choose which company, labour and safety policies they want to enforce, when they want them followed and who they want to follow them. - Moral is very low amongst road crews (and getting only worse) but is of no concern to Superior. - New hires coming in and getting immediate work while long term staff are left sitting without work. Hiring during spring break up with multiple staff sitting!
