Had a great experience working there. Made many long lasting friendships with co-workers as well. Given the opportunity to advance my career through my tenure. Very competitive salaries across the range of positions. 401k options depending on company performance. Year end bonus also dependent on company performance. But, if 1 person received a bonus everyone received. No preferential treatment at all. Small company so your work and efforts are highly visible and recognized
