      Thanks for providing such feedback. Things sometimes don't work out as planned and hence team members need to be traded. Taking that into account we provided 3 months of severance pay and made sure that the team member will have enough resources to find another employer.

      Full ownership - you are treated as a stakeholeder. Everyone is made aware of the company's current financial and performance metrics as well as the near term and long term goals and a plan to reach those goals. You feel like you are developing your won comapny (and you actually do have stock options by default).

      At the point of writing this, it's still a startup with venture funding so you don't know if it's gonna make it or not.

      Very few meetings, just focus on getting things done. Freedom to choose right tools and architecture (best to get things done). Great company culture. Flexible hours and work conditions (get things done!) Suitable for very experienced people ready to deliver results in a high pace, be proactive and take responsibility for own time and tasks. And life.

      Might not be the best place for a junior. Might not be the best place for one used to relaxed development tempo.
