Management sends text messages as announcements, management gives you write ups for missing something minor on paperwork, only allowed to have a few days off and you are written up for planned and unplanned days off no matter what, very stressful, low pay, no lunch break because you are required to stay at the school all day, poor management, may not be paired with a student that qualifies for certified mental health counselor hours so you will be held back a year of progress. Bottom line-you are punished for not being a perfect robot employee.
