Promised max 6 daily chats but we get 8-10 regularly—false expectations. Management changes frequently with no clear decision-making, making work hard to follow. No work-life balance due to mandatory overtime; salary is low for the load. Lack of incentives or rewards for extra work/overtime. Pressure to meet unrealistic performance targets. Limited or no work-from-home options despite heavy workload. Pay is consistently delayed—often arrives late afternoon or evening instead of morning on paydate, and salary disputes are common which cause significant stress.
