Friendly environment, great work life balance, wonderful people.

Will need to be willing to work hard if you want to continue advancing.

The environment was very relaxed. We didn't have to follow any scripts in our calls. Every level of staff was very friendly in my experience. I really enjoyed working for them.

Call volumes can be ridiculous sometimes, but the company makes up for it by providing free lunch/dinner.
