The environment was very relaxed. We didn't have to follow any scripts in our calls. Every level of staff was very friendly in my experience. I really enjoyed working for them.

Call volumes can be ridiculous sometimes, but the company makes up for it by providing free lunch/dinner.

-very dirty work environment, place never gets cleaned full of garbage and insects -no advancement opportunities -low pay -bad benefits -place is a revolving door, people quit all the time and is always short staffed -company has lost many accounts over the past couple years and when they do they will fire all the people working on that account, they dont care about their employees at all -do not work for this company you have been warned
