It could be a good opportunity for freshly-graduate student to challenge his/her own skills. Flexible schedule.

Svantaggi

It's a job for students: no social or health insurance, very limited number of vacation days. The project I worked on constantly lacked staff, so it was very difficult to manage the workload. Despite that fact, the client and the manager excepted from you to provide top notch service. The project was quite stressful and there was no proper support from both the client and SupportYourApp management.

Thank you for your feedback! It's sad to hear that you've felt this way. During your first year in the company, managers from multiple departments, starting from the Onboarding and ending with People Operations, reach out to every person multiple times to schedule meetings, and ask for feedback. Having this combined with regular team meetings with the project manager allows everyone to feel as a part of the SUP family. Your SupportYourApp team :)
