I joined for a short period of time and I was happy to be accepted for the project. Things I liked the most: 1. All people share same interests and there are plenty of things to discuss even after work 2. Compensation 3. Work and personal balance 4. Respect on all levers 5. Openness. I could write to any person in the company and I would receive a reply to my question
