7yThank you for taking the time to review your experience with us at SLS. We are disappointed to hear that while you enjoyed working with our clients, you did not enjoy your time here overall.
In regards to some of your feedback - family ties at SLS have never been a secret, as we are proudly a family owned and run business! We love that we have so many people who refer their family and friends to work with us, because it shows us that they love where they work enough to bring their loved ones aboard. We have 2 individuals on our executive leadership team of 4 that are not family. Almost all of our general leadership is made up of non-family who have been promoted into their roles because they were well deserving - not due to turnover.
We care very much about the feedback of all of our employees, and we are sorry to hear that you did not feel that your voice was heard while you were here. That is never our goal, and are disappointing to hear about this. We encourage you to reach out to us directly to share your feedback, so that we can learn more about your unique experience, and how we can improve moving forward.
