Some of the staff are great..

Management team very unprofessional, the hr team are brutal and not impartial.

The company benefits / package are good, Pay is always reviewed They care about their staff Nice buildings and work space Nearly all the managers have worked their way up Some staff have been with the business 20+ years

None to mention, I feel like we are looked after.
