We have complete CMMI level process in place to handle our operations. We have a process to review our operational staff performance and provide necessary advise or feedback. Most of our operational processes are automated to be more efficient, accurate and most importantly transparent. During our past 15 years, none of our employees have missed receiving a monthly pay check despite the many challenges the company faced.
