If one likes cooking, entertaining & learning more about tools & skills this is a fun place to do all of that. Mostly good people & relaxed clientele makes for an interactive day that usually isn't boring. If this isn't your primary focus or is just a temp job then it's fun. Anything beyond that & you're fooling yourself.

Store managers shouldn't feel any task within the store is "beneath " them especially if they want to claim the title of SM. unfortunately the attitude is one of "I want the prestige but I don't want the responsibility" which in turn creates no respect & no leadership. Could be a great opportunity for one who wants a retail career but there is no guidance to foster growth. Sad that next level of leadership would rather sweep problems under rug than address & fix.

Staff was friendly and willing to help through the hiring and training process, and tasks were shared evenly

Management implements rules that harm the flow of sales and make for terrible checkout lines. Scheduling was always done last minute and it was impossible have a stable work schedule due to last minute changes and no stable scheduling duties for managers
