Schedule inconsistent and often published last minute. No training. Rules and procedures change on the whim of the Senior Managers but they follow none themselves. Does not promote from within. Manager treats staff unprofessionally in front of customers. Senior Leadership ignores staff complaints with no follow-up or action.
