A customer base that loves the core product, and phenomenal engineering and product teams that are bringing some really innovative products to life. The company has come a long way in defining a clear vision and strategy and is executing on it very well. They seem to live by their value of being Customer Obsessed - they do incredibly deep customer discovery to figure out how to make their products better. And they seem to collaborate well with sales, marketing, and customer success to bring these new products to market. They don't have the silos and egos that many companies at this stage often struggle with.
