- HR still weak - They resist you on the yearly vacation and don't give you the 21 days as a one shot. at least on 2 shots per years. This is bad for those who travel to their countries once yearly like me. - I discovered that SURE is great place for Experience building but they still dated regarding to some parts of technology and methodologies - they are NEVER risk takers regarding new technology, tool, or methodology even if it is proven success all around the world many years ago!
