Vantaggi

Nice office and cafe downstairs

Svantaggi

this is based on my experience. I felt like i didn’t belong from the beginning. They monitor everything down to your personal messages to colleagues, standing behind me while i work. being 2 minutes late is a very big deal. you can’t take your lunch or break whenever you want. they have a set schedule for each person. i felt like i was being micromanaged. i didn’t do well in sales so they let me go after 2 months, it was meant to be, because i got a job offer the next day for my dream job. You’re suppose to be dealing with inbounds but i had to make 100 calls a day, i was really uncomfortable about this because phone sales isn’t for me. if you have success with phone sales, you’ll do great here. you’re sharing medical sharing programs & you can’t promise that the client will be covered due to compliance issues, so it’s kinda sad. Also during my interview i was told i can work from home after 2 weeks. Lie. Also told it would be hourly plus commission. Lie sorta, you get your commission after you hit a certain number that can take 6 months to a year. i started to get depressed and have anxiety here. Management is corporate nice, like i said i felt out of place. you have to live, breath, eat sureco when you’re clocked in, i felt guilty looking at the weather while on the clock. maybe it just wasn’t for me

Vantaggi

This job was probably the best job I’ve ever head. Management and team were so great we were like family.

Svantaggi

Workload was heavy with so small a team. We had to wear multiple hats often.

Vantaggi

Teammates were pleasant to work with

Svantaggi

Leadership is only concerned with building up their weak product, likely to have another company buy them out and the executives get an exit. Until then, there are constant layoffs and restructuring where teams are just the bare minimum to function. Avoid
