I'm having a hard time coming up with a con. I have great tech support, awesome coworkers who I enjoy working with, and amazing benefits. I have been at SureCo longer than some and I have noticed that employees who do well here are those who build relationships of trust, (which is easy since we rely on each other heavily in cross-functional teams).
