      1. Lot of work, good to build yourself. 2. After completing 3 years (agreement) work there, you will feel bit work-less after switching new companies. 3. You are responsible for your work.

      1. Lot of work, so overtime without any pay. 2. Less salary. 3. Less Leave 4. Even without work, you cant leave office before 8 o clock.. (still officially it ends at 6.30) 5. Less respect all the time... No respect at notice period. :p
