If anyone thinks that my cons list is baised then please ask the HR about attrition rate of this company and you will get to know about worst culture in company. I myself have interacted with many employee and they have complained about there mental health. 1. It is service based company but they mislead employee by saying that it is product based comapny. 2. Important position is acquired by inefficient people. 3. There is not much respect for software engineer. 4. They make employee to work 7 days week and on top of that they ask to work till midnight.
