Terrible management, no room for internal growth. No one who has worked here has been promoted beyond a team leader position. Management does not take feedback or understand why some problems arise; moreover, when they do not take employee advice and things do go wrong, they blame the employees on top of that. Does not care about most employees. Lots of favoritism and nepotism. Very high turnover rate. I have not spoken to a single employee who has not said that they are looking for better jobs. Also a very low salary for the industry, and raises are small and infrequent. Both HR and management have made mistakes when it came to payments, and they had to apologize and pay back what money they accidentally withheld. Overall, this is an entry-level position and also a dead-end job.
