Onboarding was minimal and lacked structure, making it difficult to feel adequately trained or supported. Communication was inconsistent, and expectations were not clearly defined or reinforced. Feedback was limited and often not addressed in real time, which made it challenging to adjust or improve. Employment ended during the probationary period with very little discussion or opportunity for clarification. Scheduling was inconsistent, often provided on short notice, with frequent floating between locations and limited guidance. Overall workplace culture felt disorganized and, at times, lacking transparency and accountability from leadership. The environment may not be well-suited for those seeking stability, clear direction, and supportive management.

Great place to work. Great people. Management cares about their employees, well atleast at my location. They work with you as much as they can and go above and beyond to help.

Some Scrub techs have a god complex, but what hospital doesn't have that kind of drama? It does get addressed though if you bring it you which is nice.

The management here, especially the hospital administrator, is really fake and toxic. Management consistently presented a positive and supportive image to employees, but the reality often feels very different. There is a noticeable disconnect between what leadership says and what they actually do. Concerns raised by employees are frequently ignored, favoritism appears to influence decisions, and transparency is lacking when important issues arise. The workplace culture feels toxic because employees are expected to remain positive while legitimate concerns are dismissed or minimized. Rather than fostering trust and accountability, management creates an environment where many employees feel undervalued, unsupported, and hesitant to speak up for fear of negative consequences. I highly recommend staying far, far away from this place.
