We take a lot of pride in listening to our teammates so that we can continue to grow successfully involving everyone as much as we can. In a remote environment, I think this is particularly important since we cannot just look over at your desk and see how you're doing! Over a third of our company has been promoted at least since joining Surgical Notes, so you're right, we do have a lot of promotions!
