Good culture, fair pay, top-line focused.

Often times, the over promising from the top to the clients has put the sales team and account managers in difficult positions to meet the needs of the customers. There is ZERO structure in the sales vertical and is the wild west with customers being called, accounts being switched to different people, and the leadership just shrugging their shoulders when it happens. I would not recommend being a part of this organization due to the lack of development, leadership, and professionalism

great pay, flexible hours, better you do the better the pay gets, some jobs pay bonus and travel pay as well

If you mess up at all you get downgraded and no more bonus high pay jobs

You can pick your assignments.

Svantaggi

The company will find invalid reasons not to pay for completed assignments, with the expectation that you will not fight it. I have completed at least 2 assignments that they did not properly pay the agreed upon rate, or deducted hours that were accounted for.
