They took a chance on me, allowed me to do a lot of big things, their senior staff taught me many tips/tricks, and I learned a lot about how the real world works.

- Management above lead levels don't appear to have very much knowledge about games or how the projects are going, but to be fair their role is probably more about securing funding than game development anyway especially given how tight the VR industry is - If you don't know what you're doing, you will probably be removed rather quickly compared to most others studios in which you can hide in the cracks like a rat
