1. Hiring process is stupid. HR does not qualify to be HR. They have no idea with what qualification and what experience what position and salaries to be given 2. Micro management such as location share and apps to track your movements are being used to manage employees 3. Salaries are always late and no incentives are given 4. Leads are leaked to favorite employees 5.people are asked to leave and also forced to leave without notice period and then they levy recovery and do not give you experience letters 6.
