Job security can also be uncertain due to contract changes, and positions are not always guaranteed long-term. Additionally, concerns raised by employees are not always addressed as effectively as they could be. Overall, I would consider working with the company again if needed, but I would view it more as a temporary job rather than a long-term career opportunity—it provides a paycheck, but may not offer strong growth or stability.
