Low employee moral and poor management - Recensione dipendente - Eligibility Specialist presso Sutter County

The upper management including Head of HR here are so unprofessional. Never a good morning or appreciation of employees work. All they care about is if you are going to stay and work your scheduled shift and finish your ridiculous amount of workload they give daily. No one smiles or is ever friendly. The moral is so very low. The only thing anyone looks forward to is the clock hitting 5 pm so they can run out that door. Most employees hate working there. The turn over on employees here is so high. Trust me there are more cons than pros.
