      Before Covid things were ok

      After Covid they let a lot of workers go putting strain on the ones who stayed. They still haven’t filled in the management position from people who left. Work over 100 hours a week for several months but only get paid for 80 hours No work life balance due to demands of the company Work up to 4 weeks straight with no days off
