Zero ongoing professional education other than their internal flavor of the month such as the latest fanatical following and unending reiteration over and over of the Oz Principles. Sterile environment- nothing allowed on your walls, any personalization is heavily discouraged and lecturing signs are posted everywhere about kitchen etiquette, bathroom etiquette, printer etiquette, conference room etiquette, what you can and can’t do and how and when it should be done.
