A couple times the manager brought in some donuts I guess, which is a nice gesture, but this is not a third world country, I can get my own donuts, thanks. There are no pros to working here. This place will destroy your mental health so just don't even think about it.
Svantaggi
High turnover, understaffed, terrible morale. I was never actually oriented or trained to do the job I was hired for. That should have been the only red flag I needed, but I stayed a bit longer unfortunately. Downright disrespectful, unprofessional leadership, managers who make you feel inadequate and at fault for anything and everything despite not even training you appropriately for the job. No one is willing to take responsibility for anything and are unwilling to admit that they don't have the time or resources to handle their workload. Too much ambiguity with job responsibilities and expectations. People will walk all over you, call you incompetent, and you're just supposed to apologize to everyone for being stupid I guess? And pretend like everything is okay? And that you're not understaffed, it's just that you're just a useless piece of human trash that can't do the job of 8 people apparently? The CEO of this hospital is abusively rude and will completely ignore you even if you're standing in an elevator with her and saying hello. That's a huge red flag, and really all that needs to be said about the culture - YOU WILL BE IGNORED HERE, READ IT LOUD AND CLEAR. Enjoy the gaslighting, I hope it doesn't burn the building down. I have no respect for the leadership at this place. As others have said - RUN far far away. There are other jobs, there are places that will invest in you and value you. But this is not one of them.
