There are a lot of good folks here, almost everyone is easy to get along with. We are a newer company in a newer industry. Lots of cool equipment to work with.

Wages for my level of experience are a bit of a let down. We are in a tough industry to break into and establish bigger projects. Over the last few years (due to the construction in the facility), it has been a bit chaotic.
