      In my case, the treatment was unprofessional and disrespectful. Once the project abruptly ended, I was terminated without any prior notice, treated as just a number rather than a person. The reason given was contractual issues with the client, despite the company publicly claiming to handle these situations differently. There was no proper communication at all — not even a brief farewell or a message via Meet or chat.

      Communication with this team was a challenging nightmare. They have literally zero integrity. I get the sense there was fraudulent activities going on but above my pay grade - just beware.... If you value surrounding yourself with good people, good moral, then stay away from Svitla Systems.
