Could never recommend someone in my network to work here in good conscience. Executive leadership is unaware of how to effectively manage people (not to mention how to keep SwagUp financially secure), and even worse, they’re unwilling to learn or develop. Expert gaslighters to protect their own egos and incompetencies. Turnover at the company has been extremely high, and higher than ever right now. Executive leaders make hasty hires, set those people up to fail, fire those people, then talk badly about them after they’re gone. Sound healthy? Also, if you aren’t on the “good side” of company politics, you’ll be shown the door quickly.
