Extremely toxic work environment. The upper leadership team is comprised of a couple of inexperienced buffoons that are somehow convinced they are God's gift to humanity. They keep trying to bring on people who are going to change the 'toxic' culture at swagup not realizing that THEY are the toxic culture.
