      Terrible rules, HR don't care about u. If u black u won't get jack. They give promotion to whoever they want u won't even be interviewed. No chance to Grow, incompetent leads. Racist managers.Worst point system, if u need a job badly for the moment kinda place. Immense turn over rate that they don't mention on this site. Not worth your talents really, you will leave frustrated.. They already pick a candidate before they post a position up. PATHETIC AND DISGRACEFUL

      No communication between anyone, one team has no idea what the others are doing, and efforts get duplicated. The office side, there's an ego problem there, the 'higher-ups' don't want new ideas, they want their ideas to be followed whether or not they actually work. They've lost a lot of people in the last year, and the concept, while a neat idea, is looking to be hard to sustain. They're running behind by months, and have stopped receiving product until they get caught up.
