Fun environment to work in, always something new happening. Offers a lot of training material and always request feedback on how to be a more attractive employer. Great opportunity to meet amazing people from all over the US.

Although opportunities are there to advance in your career unfortunately they do not come with a base pay increase, everything is based around bonuses. I would recommend to increase pay with promotions when the title changes your actually daily duties and not base everything around a bonus because it is double taxed and the benefits are not worth the extra work.
