- Daily, over-the-top expectations of perfection for the most mundane projects with ridiculous deadlines and an antiquated process. Out by 5:00 is a joke. - You’re either cool or you’re not. Leadership will treat you differently based on your pop culture preferences and hobbies. Don’t drink? You’re at the wrong company. - Terrible office environment. When it’s full you’re packed in like a sardine. Super awkward slient streaks are broken up by random hits from the 90s, stressful sighs, chewing, one of 2 toilets flushing, construction or random people walking in off the street. - No HR department and a questionable review process if you ask for one enough times. A handful of employees who have worked their longer than they probably should've make all the decisions. No room to move up. - Incredible turnover rate. Most employees are out within the first year. They are always hiring a project manager for a reason.
