People working there are really dedicated, individual acts of great kindness and caring. Swedish listened to staff and was responsive to challenges. Now unsupported by a "ready...fire...aim" management

Poor management structure, takeover by Providence changed culture from Nordstrom's to Walmart. Catholic Provbot culture pervades what was a great place to work. Unethical decision making, like hiring and then laying people off 2 weeks later, does not inspire confidence. Cost cutting measures gut the integrity of the organization.
