The company is 100% virtual, and so forming strong connections with the international employee base can be challenging if you are used to being with people in person. The remote work situation involves more dedication to staying on top of project management, and staying in step with your coworkers. Some employee hubs have a stronger bond, and if you are not in one of these hubs (Bay Area or Costa Rica), you might feel left out.
The one area the company could improve is project management, as this is the first part of the remote work pipeline to suffer from lack of connectedness.
