-Rework "required hours" to make work life balance achievable for all members of managment. Just because we are salary does not mean we are slaves.
-Benifits are expensive and not great.
-Fear Based home office style of managment. Never sure who is going to lose their job next with no warning.
-High turn over. 2 area directors, 2 curb manangers, multiple GMs and managers all within the 5 months I was there, all due to the management style of the president Jeff.
-Jeff runs the business regardless of the their being a CEO.
-Labor for the crew is expected to be at 4% meaning manangers are running multiple stations with only 1 other person. Burnout is real and they dont seem to understand that ticket times and guest satisfaction goes is horrible running at this labor and they dont want to hear any suggestions.
