Honestly I can't think of any pros for this company. I'm just trying to get these last 4 months under my belt so I'll have 24 months experience to search for a better opportunity.

They will and do lie about the options for home time and act like they don't want to give it to you. The pay is not enough and benefits are soo expensive. Trucks are not properly serviced and they micro manage the driver with that damn drive cam in the window. As a driver your not able to work to your potential with Swift.
