      Great management at the terminal level and a lots of freedom ,you are empowered to do your job. Not a lot of managers watching over your shoulder as long as you are getting results and meeting your goals. I love the freedom and the lack of micromanaging by managment. Compensation/Benefits are in line with what other companies offer doing similar jobs. Company is always thinking of ways to improve and how to make operations better

      Hours to long and works often seems like its never done . Not a lot of flexible schedules and almost everyone works same hours and shifts.

      They make you feel like a liar with a false positive hair follicle test then they cut you off and don't even return any of your calls or give you a chance to prove yourself. The recruiter was really my friend until those results came in and then every time I got to try to talk to him to prove that they were wrong never even returned my call or answer the email
