Vantaggi
Heavy exposure to different lines of business Little over-sight and low expectations Wouldn't be bad as a first-time job, straight out of college (just retain legal representation for their HR practices)
Svantaggi
- Lack of management support. Some high level execs openly refuse to communicate or participate in any sort of audit procedure (Major red flag). - HR presses with highly inappropriate questioning, harasses, and victimizes employees to the point of legally liability. I highly encourage anyone that's had direct contact to pursue their full legal options. - Team is especially toxic - frat house environment. Newer employees spread rumors about skilled employees rather then self-reflecting and working to improve their own positioning. This is why only one employee remains in the department with over one year of experience at the company. It's more about social function then ability or experience. - Compensation is exceptionally poor. You are likely to receive competing offers for 20k+ higher compensation at any local company. - Antiquated job beliefs by dept management - They will make up excuses to devalue your professional experience. IE - "That prior work experience doesn't count because it was pregraduation" or "That company wasn't public so doesn't count" silliness.
