The customers are nice, even when the owner is rude to them. As long as you try to help them and treat the respectfully.

The owner talks a big game tells you everything you want to hear in the interview & gives you a false sense of security, he makes promises & never follows through on them tells you're salary & then if you miss a day because you are sick in the hospital & even got a note from the hospital he deducts it from your pay, other places that pays salary do not do that, that is not salary. He is rude & nasty to employees & customers. He lied about the hours & when my days off would be, he lied about my pay, I was supposed to get a base pay and commissions & he paid the commission when he felt like it, it was never consistent, he refused to pay me my commission & pay when I left. He Flat out lies to customers, bates & switches them on products all the time. If he doesn't feel like paying you he doesn't, if he's in a bad mood he'll take it out on you & customers. He is unprofessional & make inappropriate comments about women. There is something very shady about how he runs his business.
